This is the first of many posts that examines a strangely elusive figure who goes by various first names all starting with the letter "R", last name "Chang", and is of Asian descent. What we know:

Much like Mothman, a shadowy figure has been linked to various rock-related disasters dating all the way back from the 19th century to the present. This blog is dedicated to exposing who this mysterious figure is. Unfortunately, many records precede the era of the internet and many of our examples are submission based or scans of old newspaper clippings.
